Made in our laboratory using traditional methods, the tomato is cooked for about two hours with salt, organic extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chili pepper, then jarred with the addition of olives and capers, and finally pasteurized to ensure long shelf life.
A rich and flavorful condiment combining spicy, salty and sweet notes, ideal for dressing pasta, but also perfect for enhancing crostini and bruschetta.
Ready to use, simply heat it for a quick and flavorful meal.
