Our organic CARCIOFINI, artichokes in oil, tender and crunchy, are hand-harvested from our garden at the peak of spring and processed fresh to preserve their authentic flavor.
PROCESSING: harvested very young in the cool morning hours, they are trimmed and cleaned by hand, then artisanally flavored during cooking before being manually jarred.
TASTE: the artichoke heart is tender and naturally sweet, pleasant to bite, enhanced by salt during boiling and oil during preservation.
PAIRINGS: perfect for refined appetizers, side dishes, platters, gourmet salads with grains and fresh vegetables. Excellent on white pizza and as a topping for bruschetta and gourmet sandwiches.
NUTRITION & BENEFITS: rich in vitamin C, folic acid, potassium and fiber, they support cardiovascular, liver and digestive health thanks to their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
