SHIPPING and DELIVERY

1) SHIPPING METHOD

Shipments are made via express courier specializing in precious items, selected by the Seller from among those with the best experience.

The shipment will be made insured for the value of the goods, and with notification of actual delivery to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering.

2) DELIVERY TIMES

The shipment of what is ordered ("order fulfillment") takes place within 3/4 working days from the Seller's receipt of proof of payment by the Buyer.

The delivery of the goods takes place in Italy and Europe on average within six or seven working days following the fulfillment, in non-European countries within ten working days following the fulfillment.

In the case of particular destinations, islands or remote places, it may take longer, but in any case delivery will take place within thirty days.

In the event of non-immediate availability of the products ordered, once the order has been completed the Buyer will be contacted by telephone or e-mail at the contact details indicated during the order, and informed of the longer waiting times; in the event that the latter are higher than his expectations he can cancel the order.

3) SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping and insurance costs of the same statistically amount to approximately __ euros. However, they are entirely the responsibility of the Seller, as clearly indicated in the total amount during the order phase.

In case of non-European delivery, the buyer is responsible for and will bear the import/customs clearance costs of the order in the destination country.

4) TAX DOCUMENTS

Each shipment to Italy or Europe will be accompanied by a receipt for the value of the goods, or an equivalent invoice where the latter was requested at the time of ordering.

The invoice will accompany every non-European shipment.

However, if the recipient of the shipment is different from the buyer (shipping address different from the billing address), the receipt/invoice will not be included in the shipment but sent separately by post to the buyer's address.
