The carefully selected sweet and juicy tomatoes are prepared according to traditional artisanal methods, blanched to facilitate skin removal, cut into cubes and placed in jars, then pasteurized to ensure long-lasting preservation while keeping their flavor unchanged.
With its bright, vivid red color and intense fresh taste, it is perfect for sauces and pizza, bruschetta, and stands up well to medium and long cooking times. Thanks to its texture, every bite becomes an explosion of flavour.
