Our GARBINO oil is an organic Italian extra virgin olive oil produced in Maremma, Tuscany.
Its name comes from a wind blowing from the southwest, bringing with it the freshness of the sea and the grandeur of the surrounding hills.
Obtained from selected olives that ripen slightly longer on rugged and challenging terrain from our own cultivation, Leccino, Caninese and Ascolana Tenera varieties. Harvested and transported within a few hours to a modern continuous-cycle mill, where they are processed on the same day through cold extraction, preserving their organoleptic and nutritional properties. Filtered and stored in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature between 14°C and 18°C, in the absence of oxygen, to ensure optimal freshness.
Bright emerald green color, it offers aromas of almond and green banana, with a delicate flavor that unfolds on the palate. It features a slightly bitter aftertaste reminiscent of sweet chili and a spicy hint of paprika.
A well-balanced and harmonious oil, it pairs perfectly with fish soups and seasonal velvety soups, enhances baked fish and delicate meats, elevates homemade mayonnaise, and is even ideal as a finishing touch for ice cream.
