• Artichokes in Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Prepared exclusively with artichokes of the Violetto of Toscana variety, characterized by small-medium flower heads harvested when they are still very young, to guarantee maximum quality. Without preservatives and colorants.
• Harvesting Procedure: Harvesting takes place in the morning, in the cool hours, preferably on flower days, to preserve the freshness and authentic flavor of the artichokes.
• Artisan Flavoring: The heart of the artichokes is cleaned and defoliated by hand, then subjected to a flavoring process during cooking.
• Manual Packaging: The artichokes, once flavoured, are manually packaged in jars and carefully covered with our organic extra virgin olive oil, obtained from our farm.
• Essential Nutrients: Artichokes are a food rich in nutrients, including vitamin C, folic acid, potassium and fibre, contributing positively to your health.
• Health Benefits: Thanks to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, the consumption of artichokes can contribute to the health of the cardiovascular system and liver.
