Our LECCIO DEL CORNO oil is a monocultivar organic Italian extra virgin olive oil produced in Maremma, Tuscany.
Obtained exclusively from the pure processing of olives from the Leccio del Corno variety, native to the central part of the region, a tree appreciated for the beauty of its canopy and its adaptability to modern cultivation. Selected olives from our own cultivation are harvested and transported within a few hours to a modern continuous-cycle mill, where they are processed on the same day through cold extraction, preserving their organoleptic and nutritional properties. Filtered and stored in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature between 14°C and 18°C, in the absence of oxygen, to ensure optimal freshness.
A well-balanced oil with a bold yet not aggressive flavor, combining notes of artichoke, olive and wild herbs in perfect harmony. The almond flavor is pronounced, with a spicy aftertaste of chili and pepper.
Ideal for dressing radicchio, vegetables, grilled meats, pasta dishes and legume soups.
