Our MAURINO oil is a monocultivar organic Italian extra virgin olive oil produced in Maremma, Tuscany.
Obtained exclusively from the pure processing of Maurino olives grown on rocky terrain, alongside wild herbs that enhance its distinctive aromatic notes. Selected olives from our own cultivation are harvested and transported within a few hours to a modern continuous-cycle mill, where they are processed on the same day through cold extraction, preserving their organoleptic and nutritional properties. Filtered and stored in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature between 14°C and 18°C, in the absence of oxygen, to ensure optimal freshness.
An oil expressing intense aromas of spices and fresh grass, with an elegant taste featuring notes of almond and a pleasant peppery finish reminiscent of arugula.
Perfect for pairings where it plays not only a seasoning role but also becomes a key ingredient. Recommended for summer salads, seafood crudités, delicate fish, white meats and vegetable soups.
