FUMÉE gourmet ready sauce is an oak-smoked tomato sauce with an enveloping, deep yet delicate flavour, so unique it will win you over.
The tomatoes are grown in our garden, hand-harvested and artisanally processed in our laboratory. They are placed in the oven with extra virgin olive oil and garlic, smoked over oak wood, cooked in a pot for about one hour, then jarred and finally pasteurized to ensure long preservation.
Perfect for dressing pasta, as a topping for bruschetta, or as a secret ingredient in your gourmet recipes, adding a distinctive smoky touch.
Ready to use, simply heat it for a quick and flavorful meal.
