Our Raw Tuscan Violet Artichoke Spread is a delicacy crafted with care, bringing together the genuine flavors of the vegetable garden with the refinement of a meticulous and respectful artisanal process.
We grow our Tuscan Violet baby artichokes in our garden under the Maremma sun. They are hand-harvested early in the morning while still very small and fresh to ensure the highest quality. In our workshop, they are finely hand-cut with a knife and processed raw, preserving the artichokes' intense, fresh flavor.
Perfect for crostini and bruschetta, it is also an excellent gourmet ingredient for sandwiches and wraps.
INGREDIENTS: organic artichokes*, organic extra virgin olive oil*, organic lemon*, sea salt, organic apple cider vinegar*, organic ground black pepper*. No preservatives.
